Q: Is there a payment plan? When do I pay each month and how much?
A: Payments will be automatically billed every 3rd of the month (equal to deposit amount) to the credit card given at the time of deposit. Please allow 48 to 72 business hours for your payment to be processed. All amounts (includes payment plan guests and media) must be paid in full by November 4, 2017. Amounts not paid in full risk cancellation or penalty charges.
Q: Is there a cancellation policy?
A: There will be a $50.00 per person administration fee for all cancellations, along with any fees that will be incurred by Carnival Cruise lines.

Q: Do I need a passport?
A: No passport for U.S. Citizens required. A government issued birth certificate with a raised seal, and a photo ID OR a Passport.
Q: Are children’s tickets the same price?
A: Prices are the same for adults and children 12 years of age and older. Discount 10% off regular price for children under 12.
Q: Can 1 person stay in a cabin alone?
A: Single occupancy is available at 200% of the average rate, double rate for all categories.
Q: What if we have a medical condition or need a wheelchair?

Q: We bought tickets directly through Carnival and want to join the group for the private shows, can we get in or buy tickets on the boat?
A: Guest that do not purchase cruise ticket package with Blue Agave Travel must purchase an event ticket. Event tickets are not sold separately. All events included in ticket purchase. Guest must purchase prior to boarding.
Q: I purchased my ticket, am I done?
A: No, guests must register with Carnival to finalize ticket prior to boarding. Blue Agave Travel will provide booking and cabin number. link: https://www.carnival.com/
